Our 14 year old system needed to be replaced. An installation of both AC and heating unit was installed. What impressed me and my husband the most was their product knowledge. Aside from that the owners are very professional, patient and personable. Their team installed the system in a day. We highly recommend Ozark Mountain Air. In January 2018 Jason and his crew from Ozark Mountain Air install a new American Standard Heating and Air conditioning system. My wife and I loved it from the first day and particularly the ability to adjust the thermostat settings remotely while we are away on extended vacations. This year while we were away in our RV an electrical interruption knocked our thermostat offline. One call to Jason and he came to our house and found that the wifi router was not connected. Jason reset my router, called me to get a reinstall code from the manufacturer and reset the thermostat. Probably didn't take 30 minutes, but very important to us. The few times we have needed service, they are always very responsive and experts at what they do. When I needed a new system back in 2018, I was looking for American Standard Equipment. I found it at Ozark Mountain Air, but more importantly I found a company that priced their product fairly, promptly installed the products, and were fair, trustworthy and exceedingly honest. I believe I found the best A/C company in Northwest Arkansas.

My 80 year old Mother's AC went out in this very hot, humid weather. Justin came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Her unit is 20 years old and he had it up and running in no time, without costing a fortune. We will use them in the future and would definitely recommend them for your repair needs.

Listen don't bother with the rest that advertise 24 hour emergency A/C repair. Ozark Mountain Air came to our home very quick. Technician was very professional, explained to us the necessary repairs and fixed our Air Conditioning right the 1st trip. Unbelievable quality service over and beyond our expectations. The techs were very friendly and thorough. They did not try to up sell any products. They also found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed outside of their work order. Mike with Ozark Mountain airs plumbing division came out today to help with a mysterious leaky toilet. He was super nice and very professional. We had to order a part but he told me to call him as soon as it came in (I had it delivered to my house) & he said he could get back over that day if possible to install. I have a fussy air conditioning unit that has required a visit each of the last two years. I got Ozark Mountain Air from google search results, and they have been terrific. In both instances, they got the job done quickly and effectively. Both techs have been knowledgeable and helpful; the second initially told me I had expensive issues but worked on it for a while before he found a simpler fix that saved me hundreds of dollars. I felt the service was worth writing a review so that other folks can benefit from my experiences.

Called for annual service on a Thursday out on a Friday and arrived on time. The technician was pleasant and gave us a run down or our current HVAC status and need for possible future repairs. He took the time to explain what was/could be needed and we felt confident that he was sincere and trustworthy- if the google reviews were not enough. I am confident this is the beginning of a sturdy business relationship. Also they offer a senior and veteran discount. Bonus point.

The service is top notch and they spend the time needed to fix and address any issue with your heat or air unit, unfortunately have had issues with both recently. These guys did me a great service. Me and my family’s air conditioner froze up and went out. So I called several places to come take a look and most in the middle of summer we’re book up for a few weeks. These guys can out the next day and a few days later and boom new air conditioner was installed. They were truly professional, cleaned behind themselves and had great prices. Thank guys!

We blew a fuse in the furnace trying to put a programmable thermostat in, causing the heating system to shut down. Ozark Mountain Air came out the NEXT MORNING and quickly got everything up and running. The service man was incredibly nice. Would totally recommend them!

Awesome company! Mike was very prompt (arrived at our house within half an hour on a weekend), knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely cost-conscious. He had our heater up and running within 20 minutes and didn't charge us beyond the quoted service charge. While I hope nothing goes wrong with our HVAC system again, I'm really glad to have a go-to company and would absolutely recommend Ozark Mountain Air to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest HVAC company!

As luck would have it our 14 year old unit decided to die at night in the hottest part of the summer. We were able to have them come out to troubleshoot the next day in the busy season. We were told it would be better to just scrap the old system and start with a new one. We were not upsold or pressured. We were told that it would take a couple of days before they could come out to install. They brought 2 window units to help us make it through until then. They arrived before 9 this morning and were done by a little after 3. Within no time we were cooling off. They were the nicest and most knowledgeable guys from start to finish. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for your AC/heating needs.!

Ozark Mountain Air replaced our heat and air units. Although we had other companies give us quotes, Ozark Mountain Air was the only company to let us know that our original duct work had a section missing which was causing our old unit to draw and recirculate dust and air from our attic. They spent a good deal of time analyzing the best way to correctly fix the problem and even called in the owner of the company to assist. We are now enjoying a very cool and considerably less humid and dusty home. Both units are so quiet that we’ve literally had to get up and look to see if they were running. The work was completed timely and efficiently.

This group is professional, and very quick to respond. I had a unit go out and they were quick to evaluate the problem, and when it was decided I needed a new unit they were very reasonable and fair priced. I received 4 quotes from various HVAC companies in Northwest Arkansas and Ozark Mountain Air was the best price around. It is nice to know a company can have lower prices but not skimp on quality and still have excellent customer service. A nice treat!!

I wholeheartedly recommend this company. They are an impressive business and truly know the meaning of Customer Service!!!!!We contacted Ozark Mountain Air regarding installation of a central AC system and possible replacement of our heater. Jason and Nathan came out and inspected our old heater and duct work thoroughly. Our heater was 40 years old.After looking everything over very well they explained our options and sent us quotes on three systems. They are not high pressure, but will give you (and explain thoroughly) your options and then let you decide. They were very patient in answering all of our questions in comparing the system options.As soon as we decided on a system, Nathan and his crew were here on time and worked very diligently throughout the day. They had said it would take a little over 1 day and they were correct in their estimates.The entire crew was extremely hardworking, quick, neat, and very polite and friendly. Nathan explained everything very well and let us know that we could call at anytime for assistance. The only trace they left of all of their hard work was a house that is VERY evenly heated and cooled. Even in one day, we can tell a marked difference in our comfort level!You will not be sorry if you choose this company.
