My a/c unit went out the other day and I called around to have someone come check it out. I called a few other place and then went with Ozark mountain air!! The people that worked there was so nice and professional!! Showed up when they said they would be there which is huge for me cuz I work all the time and needed them to meet there on my lunch break. The price was very fair and they did exactly what they said they would do. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like some other company wants to do on up selling me on parts I didn't need. They did me more than right and I would recommend them to everybody that has a/c or furnace problems!!!

Ozark Mountain Air replaced our air conditioner last week after our 20 year old system died. When it was going to take a few days to get our new system in, they provided us with a window unit to help us get through the weekend. Everyone I encountered with OMA was friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend them. We will be using Ozark Mountain Air for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.
Our heat went out around New Years Even when it was below 10 degrees. We called another company and they told us that our control panel was out and that it would cost us between $700-$800. That didn't sit right with me so I contacted Ozark Mountain Air and they got someone out immediately. Turns out our flame sensor was just really dirty. After a good cleaning our heater kicked on immediately. Ozark Mountain Air saved us hundreds of dollars and are also very prompt at answering our house call. Will definitely be using them again!

Jason had 10 calls on a Saturday, but still made time for our family HVAC interruption. He took the time to test all the possible issues and discovered a faulty capacitor.
